Fuji’s PSS (Palming Support System) Reel Seat Series is a heavy duty glass reinforced reel seat with a nylon hood, which were first introduced in 1992 and have since been used widely with offshore heavy game overhead boat rods.

Whilst it comes with a trigger like grip, the PSS reel seat is unlike a conventional trigger reel seat where the trigger is not used as an anchor point for the last and forth fingers but is instead used to to cradle the entire palm allowing the angler to have a better grip of the rod and reel.

The PSS reel seat is ergonomically designed to allow the angler to palm the reel at a natural wrist angle for palming larger over head reels with more comfort and its comes with Fuji's DPS-LD-ASH long locking nut reel seat hood for added comfort and safety.
