The Daiichi Seiko Line Recycler Winder is a reasonably priced manual line spooler that can be used to spool or de-spool a reel of line.
It consists of a bi-directional winding arm mechanism that is mounted on a G-clamp frame that houses a high speed gear that rotates a central shaft upon which a standard PE line spool is mounted on, from which line is either dispensed or wound onto.
Resistance can be placed on the shaft via a tensioning screw to increase or decrease the amount of force applied whilst packing line into the reel.
The G-clamp locking arm can open up to 35mm which would be more than ample to secure the Daiichi Seiko Line Recycler Winder onto most work bench / table tops.
