Last update: 1 June 2012 If you have received an email notification from us notifying you that your order has been shipped, please refer to the information below to track the progress of your shipment. 1. Information About Your Order Once you have been notified by email that your Order has been shipped, log into your own account (click here) and view your Billing/Order History to find the following information about your Order: (a) Name of Shipper (e.g. Singapore Post); (b) Method of Shipment (e.g. Registered Mai); (c) Tracking Number (e.g. RR123456789SG); (d) Date of Shipment; (e) Estimated Transit Times. 2. Tracking The Progress Of Your Shipment With the above information, click on one of the following links for the relevant Shipper to track your Order: (a) Singapore Post – Registered Mail – click here; (b) Singapore Post – Speed Post Air Parcel – click here; (c) Singapore Post – Speed Post EMS – click here; (d) FedEx – click here; (e) UPS – click here. (f) DHL – click here. Please note that for local deliveries, Singapore Post currently does not have a parcel tracking system for their Smart Pac service (click here for more information). 3. Estimated Transit Times To determine the estimated delivery times of your Order from the time of shipment, please click on one of the following links for the relevant Shipper to determine the estimated delivery times of your Order: (a) Singapore Post – Registered Mail – click here (NB - add 2 extra Working Days as this is a recorded delivery service); (b) Singapore Post – Speed Post Air Parcel – click here; (c) Singapore Post – Speed Post EMS – click here; (d) FedEx – Click here; (e) UPS – Click here; (f) DHL – Click here. Should your Order fail to arrive within the Estimated Transit Times, please contact us by email and we will contact the relevant Shipper to trace the whereabouts of your Order. For Singapore Post, please note that we may only contact them to raise an enquiry only after 18 Working Days from the time of shipment. |
